I was at Montreal and went for the Climate Change march. It was quite fun. I don't know how many people showed up, about 40,000 apparently, or 20,000 according to others... The numbers don't really matter. I was glad to be there.
The march was peacefull and festive. I don't know how many people it will affect, but even if it's one person it's worth it. It was too bad it was a bit cold, maybe more people would have showed up. It was interesting to see some natives. I wish I was a native !!!!!
The earth allows us to make it through every day. A lot of people seem to forget about that. It is here and has been always there for us. Let it be here for the future too, because we need it... It does not matter the gender, race, political ideas, spirituality... the earth is the one and only thing that is common to all of us, so everyone with a bit of humanity or at least claiming to be a living organism should be concerned about it. The animal, even though they are 'animals' respect more nature than us, 'humans'. Sometimes I believe that we are the animals, and 'they are the humans...
